Hosted Molecular Search

Imagine adding structural searching of your chemical catalog directly to your existing website in just a few simple steps. We have taken the complexity out of what has traditionally required cheminformatics expertise and has been reserved only for large budgets. Combined with BioBlocks Draw, your customers will be able to draw the compounds they are looking for and search your catalog without leaving your website.

Here's how it works:


1. Upload your catalog

After your account is created, you will be provided with login information to the Hosted Molecular Search administrator interface. There you will be able to upload your existing catalog in SDF format. The Hosted Molecular Search service will automatically process your SDF to prepare your searchable database.
2. Get code snippet

Once your SDF is completely processed, you will be presented with a small snippet of code. Copy this code and paste it into the desired page of your website. That's it.
3. Search for molecules

On the page where you pasted the small snippet of code, your customers will initially see the BioBlocks Molecular Editor where they can draw their molecule. After clicking "Search", matching results are returned and displayed.
