Ordering
Use one of the following options to order from BioBlocks:

Fax: If you have a purchase order, please fax it to us at 858-558-5911

Phone: You may call us at 858-558-5900 and ask for Customer Service to place your order. Regular business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM PST. 

E-mail: Send your email orders to sales@bioblocks.com. 

Online: You can use our online shopping cart system at www.bioblocks.com.

 

INVOICING
BioBlocks will issue a printed invoice for each order which will include the cost of the items in US dollars, applicable California state sales tax (unless exemption certificate is provided), and shipping charges (unless otherwise agreed). Payment is required in US dollars within 30 days of invoice date. Accounts 30 days past due may be subject to a 1.5% late charge per month on the unpaid balance.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express. Please call Customer Service at 858-558-5900 or fax us at 858-558-5911 and provide us with the following information: (1) card type, (2) card number, (3) expiration date, (4) card holder name and address, including city, state and zip code. You may use your credit card to pay for purchases from our on-line shopping cart system at www.bioblocks.com.

Setting up an account with BioBlocks

If you have not previously ordered from BioBlocks, please call Customer Service at 858-558-5900 to establish your company account. We would like to receive your shipping and billing addresses, as well as the name, telephone number and e-mail address for a contact person. Finally, we would like to learn your shipping preferences and review with you BioBlocks’ payment options.
